  After the Trump win I have just become politically lethargic. Its like what good does it do to give a shit.

The election is over and we are not faced with another 4 years at least of Donald J. Trump.  I just do not understand why a reasonable educated person could vote for him, so last night I invited Richard S over for a drink and to sit outside on a beautiful Florida moonlit night to talk and smoke a cigar.   In the past, before the election we had a mutual understanding to just not talk politics, but last night I just felt I had to understand the WHY of his vote.   We didn’t talk a long time because I felt he felt uncomfortable about the whole thing.   I got the impression that he was a little concerned about the cabinet selections of the last couple of days but other then that he feels that Trump should be given the chance.   I tried to not be confrontational but I did quiz him on the why he could vote for a person, he being of high morals, that was so directly opposite.   He really had no answer other then to state that millions of Christians voted for him. ...

 I'm writing this to document something so that I can pull it back up in four years.  I paid $2.84/gal for gas yesterday. Today eggs are $2.39/dozen at Aldi and 80% ground beef is $4.29/lb.  Lets see what the price of that is in 4 years under a Trump administration.
